Oct 14 + 15: a tiny shadow dance

Rebecca McGowan, Julia Friend, and I spent a very satisfying day in Connecticut after the Ballard Institute Puppet Slam experimenting with this question: how can we use lights and shadows to call attention to the beautiful, tiny movements present in our dancing and music-making?

The result will be on display on Saturday and Sunday as one of an evening of “Tiny Dances” at the Dance Complex. [more info]
